End User License Agreement (EULA) – Palette Lights

Effective Date: December 6, 2025

Last Updated: January 30, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the iOS app Palette Lights (“the App”). This Agreement is between you and the developer, not Apple.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

The App and all content, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

4. Subscription & Payment

The App offers optional in-app purchases via the Apple App Store to remove the 3-minute timeout limit, including a yearly subscription and a one-time “lifetime” option (as offered through Apple). All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your billing or account information.

“Lifetime” refers to access for as long as the App and the relevant features are available and supported. We do not promise that the App will be available indefinitely or that it will remain compatible with future iOS versions or third-party changes (including Philips Hue).

5. Responsibility and Support

The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or performance, including compatibility with specific Philips Hue hardware or firmware versions. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

10. Apple Terms

You must also comply with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and usage rules, which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
