This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the iOS app Pitch Pilot (“the App”). This Agreement is between you and the developer, not Apple.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You acknowledge that the App requires the use of your device's microphone to control gameplay. You agree to grant microphone permissions solely for this purpose. We commit to using this access only for real-time local processing of game mechanics and not for recording or transmission.
The App and all content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content, if any) are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or performance. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
